MediaCla LLC is a company registered in the State of Utah, United States, specializing in the purchase, importation, and delivery of products acquired in the United States for customers in Peru.

MediaCla operates through available products previously acquired in the United States and through purchases made at the customer’s request. The specific conditions of each method will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.

Our products may come from official stores, authorized distributors, and recognized retailers in the United States. Due to the nature of our service, availability, prices, and delivery times may change without prior notice.

Every purchase is subject to confirmation of product availability and validation of the corresponding payment. A reservation will only be considered valid once payment has been received and verified by MediaCla. Sending proof of payment does not constitute automatic confirmation until the funds have actually been credited to one of our official accounts.

Published prices cover the product imported to Lima, Peru, unless expressly stated otherwise. Costs may change before a reservation is confirmed due to manufacturer price changes, promotions, exchange-rate fluctuations, logistics costs, or other factors beyond MediaCla’s control.

Published delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistics processes, international transportation, customs controls, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a delay occurs, we will keep the customer informed throughout the process.

Exchanges, returns, shipping, reservations, and other specific conditions are governed by the policies published on this website, all of which form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

MediaCla maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud. Any attempt to use forged or altered payment receipts, or to take actions intended to deceive or harm the company, may result in immediate order cancellation, permanent restriction from future purchases, and, where necessary, appropriate legal action.

MediaCla reserves the right to reject orders, cancel reservations, or restrict service to customers who breach these conditions, provide false information, behave offensively toward our team, or take actions that pose a risk to the company.
